4th Michelin Guide Vietnam features 193 establishments, still overlooks 'banh mi'

The 2026 Michelin Guide Vietnam, announced in Hanoi on Thursday, recognized 193 restaurants and eateries, the largest number since the guide debuted in the country. However, 'banh mi,' one of Vietnam’s most internationally acclaimed street foods, remains absent from the list.
