Ho Chi Minh City partners with Silicon Valley firm to build AI center of excellence

The Startup & Innovation Hub of Ho Chi Minh City, University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, and Plug & Play Singapore Pte. Ltd., part of Plug and Play Tech Center based in Silicon Valley in the U.S., have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to build and operate an artificial intelligence center of excellence (AI COE) in the city.
