Combat batteries from Company 10 of the Air Defense Artillery Regiment 224 of the Air Defense Division 375 under the Air Defense-Air Force Service worked in close coordination at the firing position.

After acquiring and locking onto the simulated targets, the batteries opened fire simultaneously.

The exercise was completed in accordance with the planned objectives.

The drill was conducted as part of a broader exercise on the people's air defense posture, designed to prepare forces to counter high-tech warfare and threats posed by aircraft and UAVs.

Held under the theme ‘Air Defense-Air Force forces coordinate with other forces and organizations to prepare for and conduct combat operations to defend Vietnam on the central battlefield,’ the large-scale exercise brought together units of the service stationed in the central region.

The participating units conducted the exercise in four phases, including transitioning to combat readiness, organizing preparations for combat, conducting combat operations, and post-combat activities.

Throughout the exercise, the units made thorough preparations and conducted drills closely aligned with real-world conditions.

They also responded promptly to the scenarios presented during the exercise.

Coordination among participating units was carried out closely in accordance with the plan, with strict measures taken to ensure secrecy and absolute safety before, during and after the exercise.

The exercise was intended to improve the command and combat-coordination capabilities of commanders and units at all levels.

The results will provide a basis for the Air Defense-Air Force Service to continue studying, revising and supplementing its combat plans and operational concepts to better meet the requirements of national defense under the evolving security environment.
