$385mn flood control project in Ho Chi Minh City nears finish line as residents await operations

After years of enduring flooding caused by heavy rains and high tides, residents in parts of Ho Chi Minh City are eagerly awaiting the completion of a VND10-trillion (US$385 million) flood control project, which is now in its final stages and is expected to begin operations in November.
