Hanoi cancels Autumn Fair fireworks, donates $1.2mn to flood-hit central provinces

The Hanoi administration has announced a VND30-billion ($1.2 million) donation and the cancellation of fireworks displays planned for the 2025 Autumn Fair’s closing ceremony and a live concert, in solidarity with flood-hit localities in central Vietnam.
