Ho Chi Minh City aims to be listed among world’s top 100 livable cities

At a major urban planning conference held on Wednesday, the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City unveiled the revised master plan for the city’s development through 2040, with a long-term vision to 2060, moving toward transforming the city into one of the top 100 most livable cities in the world.
