Daesung, the main vocalist of Big Bang, an internationally renowned K-pop group, will host a fan day tour in Ho Chi Minh City on July 6, according to Daesung's management company.
This will be the first time a Big Bang member has held a meet and greet in Vietnam.
The announcement has thrilled V.I.P. – the name given to Big Bang’s fandom.
The organizer has yet to reveal details about the time, venue, and ticket prices of the event.

Daesung initiated his fan day tour D's Road Asia Tour in Seoul on March 16 and 17 after releasing his ‘Falling Slow’ album.
So far, Daesung met with fans in Taipei on May 11 and will continue the D's Road Asia Tour in Bangkok on June 22 and Macau on June 29.
Daesung debuted as a member of Big Bang in 2006 under YG Entertainment. The band quickly rose to prominence, becoming one of the most successful and influential K-pop groups in history.
He began his solo career in 2008 with the single Look at Me, Gwisoon.

In 2013, he released a Japanese album called D'scover and found significant success in the Japanese market.
Last year, Daesung left YG Entertainment and signed an exclusive contract with RND Company, which established a dedicated team for Daesung named D-Label.
