Pham Nhat Vuong, chairman of Vingroup – the largest private conglomerate in Vietnam – has reached a personal net worth exceeding US$8 billion, marking his highest valuation to date and securing a position among the world's top 400 wealthiest individuals, according to Forbes' Real-Time Billionaires List.
