Vietnam empowers couples with reproductive freedom

In a landmark move, the Standing Committee of Vietnam’s National Assembly has passed an amendment to Article 10 of the Population Ordinance, granting couples and individuals the legal right to determine the number of children they have, as well as the timing and spacing of births.
