Deputy premier calls for solutions to loopholes after boat capsizing in Vietnam's Ha Long Bay

Permanent Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Hoa Binh has requested the Ministry of Construction to propose solutions to address loopholes following a tourist boat accident in Ha Long Bay, Quang Ninh Province, northern Vietnam, which left 39 people dead, and report the results to the prime minister before August 15.
