Vietnamese ministry seeks PM’s help to ease border bottlenecks for agricultural imports

Vietnam’s Ministry of Agriculture and Environment on Sunday reported to Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh and Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long on difficulties arising from the implementation of the government’s Decree 46, which governs food safety controls for imported agricultural products, seeking the government leader’s intervention over border bottlenecks for agricultural imports.
