-- Vietnam’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Saturday refuted the assessment of a recent report from the U.S.-based National League of Families of American Prisoners and Missing in Southeast Asia concerning humanitarian cooperation in the search for and identification of American service members missing in action during the war in Vietnam.

-- Police in Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam arrested and handed over a Chinese national, who was wanted by Interpol for his alleged involvement in transnational fraud, to Chinese authorities, a representative of the police said on Saturday.

-- To promote Tuoi Tre (Youth) newspaper on the occasion of its 50th anniversary, the newspaper has its 50th anniversary logo displayed on electronic billboards at prominent locations such as Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, Da Nang International Airport in the namesake central city, Cam Ranh International Airport in south-central Khanh Hoa Province, Nguyen Hue Walking Street, Bui Vien Walking Street, and major roads in downtown Ho Chi Minh City.
