-- Hospitals across Vietnam welcomed 2,011 newborns on Wednesday, the second day of the Lunar New Year, according to a Ministry of Health report.

-- A fatal traffic accident on National Highway 28 in Lam Dong Province killed three members of a family on Wednesday, when a motorcycle carrying a married couple and their 10-year-old son collided head-on with a car, local authorities said.
