Recovery of martyrs’ remains
-- As many as 11,093 martyrs' graves had been exhumed for DNA sampling in Tay Ninh Province, southern Vietnam, during the first five weeks of a 500-day campaign to identify martyrs’ remains launched on June 4, the provincial Department of Home Affairs announced on Monday.
-- Authorities recovered 20 more sets of martyrs' remains at Le Thi Rieng Park in Ho Chi Minh City on Monday, bringing the total number of remains found at the site to 69 individual sets and one communal burial, according to the Ho Chi Minh City High Command's martyrs' remains recovery team.
