-- Vietnamese Party General Secretary and State President To Lam on Monday afternoon received the ambassadors of the United States, Portugal, Iran, Mongolia, and Myanmar as they presented their credentials to begin their diplomatic missions in Vietnam.

-- The Ho Chi Minh City Management Authority for Urban Railways has proposed that the municipal People's Committee approve a study on extending the proposed metro line No. 3 (Vung Tau–Ba Ria–Phu My) to connect with the Long Thanh International Airport area in neighboring Dong Nai City.
-- Starting July 10, vehicles will be prohibited from traveling on the Cam Lo–La Son Expressway, which connects Hue City and Quang Tri Province in central Vietnam, from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am the following day.
