-- Northern Vietnam continues to experience foggy conditions on Monday due to high humidity, while the southern region sees hot and sunny weather, according to the National Center for Hydro-Meteorological Forecasting.

-- A cold air mass moving south will bring scattered rain and thunderstorms to northern and north-central Vietnam from late Monday into Tuesday, with colder nights expected in the north and in Thanh Hoa Province.

Ho Chi Minh City

-- The Saigon Ward People’s Committee in Ho Chi Minh City said it would continue inspecting and handling alleged nighttime noise violations at a construction site at 2 Ton Duc Thang Street following residents’ complaints.
