-- PetroVietnam Chemical and Services Corporation (PVChem) and Germany’s Messer SE & Co. KGaA signed a joint venture on Tuesday to establish Cai Mep Industrial Gases Co. Ltd., a $37 million industrial gas plant in Ho Chi Minh City’s Cai Mep Industrial Park with an annual capacity of 200,000 tonnes, scheduled to start construction at the end of 2026 and begin operations by the end of 2028.
