-- Khanh Hoa Province in south-central Vietnam has drawn up plans to evacuate residents ahead of a tropical depression that could develop into this year’s storm No. 15 in the East Vietnam Sea.

-- The Ho Chi Minh City Pasteur Institute on Tuesday donated 4,000 doses of tetanus–diphtheria vaccine and 2,000 doses of tetanus antitoxin to Gia Lai Province’s health department to support treatment of flood-related injuries in hard-hit areas.
