-- Ho Chi Minh City on Friday broke ground on a new children’s cultural center in the Thu Thiem urban area, a 38,000-square-meter facility featuring cinemas, a park, and a swimming pool, with a basement, ground floor and nine upper floors, officials said. The project is valued at VND1.124 trillion ($42.67 million) and is expected to be completed by December 2028.
