Pyrotechnic shots fired from ceremonial cannons fall into crowd in Vietnam’s Hue

Several pyrotechnic rounds veered off course and fell into an area where tourists and local residents were gathered, causing panic and chaos among the crowd during a ceremonial cannon firing demonstration at the Hue Flag Tower in Hue City, central Vietnam on Saturday evening.
