Chinese-Vietnamese consortium eyes involvement in urban rail projects in Ho Chi Minh City

A consortium of China Communications Construction Company (CCCC) and Vietnam’s CIENCO4 Group has proposed developing several urban rail projects in Ho Chi Minh City, including metro line No. 2, the Thu Thiem–Long Thanh airport rail link, the expanded section of metro line No. 1 and other potential routes, according to a submission to city authorities.
