Currently, the regiment is equipped with multi-purpose Mi-18 and Mi-171 helicopters operating across the central and Central Highlands regions.
Stationed in Da Nang, Regiment 930 bears the dual responsibility of maintaining combat readiness and safeguarding the airspace, while also being prepared to carry out sudden and demanding tasks such as search and rescue, disaster relief, force deployment, and coordinated combat operations.
As such, the effective use of personnel and equipment is a matter of special attention for the regiment’s leadership and command.
