Spontaneous relief efforts in Ho Chi Minh City: Residents eager to support flood-hit communities

Alongside the efforts of local authorities and the government, many young people, volunteer groups, and residents in Ho Chi Minh City have quickly set up relief collection points to gather clothing, food, and essential supplies to send to flood-affected provinces in south-central Vietnam.
