Showcasing Da Nang’s tourism imagery on Vietjet aircraft, the two sides intend to leverage the airline’s media network to promote the city’s destinations, tourism products, and experiences to domestic and international passengers.
The initiative is expected to broaden the reach of Da Nang’s tourism promotion efforts while creating a direct link between aviation services and destination marketing.
As planned, Vietjet will launch additional routes connecting Da Nang with Japan’s Osaka and Indonesia’s Jakarta on December 20.
The two sides also aim to expand air connectivity with promising markets, including India, Australia, Central Asia, and the Middle East.
They will work to develop tourism products focusing on resort holidays, golf, conferences, and events, supported by the airline’s expanding route network.
Speaking at the signing ceremony, Vietjet representative Do Xuan Quang described Da Nang as one of the airline’s important operational bases and a key gateway connecting central Vietnam with major economic and tourism hubs at home and abroad.
He said Vietjet would continue working alongside the city to expand air connectivity, promote Da Nang as a destination, and drive growth in tourism, trade, investment, cargo transportation, logistics, and digital transformation.
