US elevates funding for Vietnam's Bien Hoa dioxin clean-up project to $430mn

The U.S. has increased its non-refundable ODA funding for a project to remediate dioxin contamination at Bien Hoa Airbase in Dong Nai City, southern Vietnam by about US$130 million to approximately $430 million, according to the Vietnamese Ministry of National Defense.
