The announcement was formalized with a launch event held in Hanoi on Saturday, introducing the new distributor to customers in the capital.

While the appointment of Tram Anh Motor Sports was initially revealed in Ho Chi Minh City in September, this event marked Ducati’s first distributor introduction in Hanoi.

CT-Wearnes had previously served as the official distributor for Ducati in Vietnam for several years, but it ceased importing new motorcycles at the beginning of 2025, paving the way for the transition.

As the new distributor, Tram Anh Motor Sports is investing in a large-scale complex spanning some 10,000 square meters, comprising a showroom and service workshop.

The facility is being developed in line with Ducati’s international standards to enhance customer service and brand experience in Vietnam.

One of the most significant changes under the new distributor is pricing.

The company announced a price reduction of 5-10 percent across Ducati’s lineup, equating to potential savings of tens to over a hundred million Vietnamese dong, depending on the model. (VND100 million = US$3,797)

In addition, the warranty policy has been extended to three years with no mileage limit – a move aimed at boosting Ducati's competitiveness and appealing to Vietnamese motorcycle enthusiasts.

Currently, Ducati Vietnam offers seven model lines, including Scrambler, Hypermotard, Streetfighter, Panigale, Multistrada, Diavel, and XDiavel, with prices ranging from VND359 million ($13,630) to VND1.199 billion ($45,530).

These motorcycles are imported from either Thailand or Italy.

The transition to Tram Anh Motor Sports is expected to mark the beginning of a new growth phase for Ducati in Vietnam, not just in sales volume, but also in building a more comprehensive brand ecosystem for the local high-performance motorcycle community.

The new distributor revealed that it would organize a series of exclusive events tailored to Ducati riders and fans in Vietnam such as the Ducati Riding Experience, Ducati Track Days, premium touring experiences, test ride events, and technical workshops.

All are designed to deliver an internationally aligned, immersive experience to Vietnamese customers.
