Vietnam’s Dung Quat refinery contributes over $10bn to state budget

The Dung Quat Oil Refinery in Quang Ngai Province, central Vietnam has contributed more than US$10 billion to the country’s state budget since beginning operations in 2009, officials said at a ceremony marking the 30th anniversary of the province’s Dung Quat Economic Zone and industrial parks on Saturday.
