$70mn structure to replace 120-year-old bridge in Hanoi

Hanoi is working to develop a new bridge complex project carrying a price tag of nearly VND1.85 trillion (US$70 million) to replace the historic Duong Bridge, bringing an end to the role of a transport artery that has served the capital for more than 120 years.
