20 Edwards’s pheasants return to Vietnam from Germany in landmark conservation effort

Twenty Edwards’s pheasants, a Vietnam-endemic species believed to be extinct in the wild, are being flown from Germany to Vietnam this week as part of an international conservation initiative aimed at restoring the species to the forests of central Vietnam.
