Representatives from AACI Asia–Pacific present the AACI Quality Certification to delegates from three clinics within the Elite Dental system.
Milestone affirming treatment quality
Founded in 2012, Elite Dental has established itself as a premium dental clinic built upon science-based dentistry and standardized international treatment protocols.
After more than a decade of operation during a period when Vietnam's dental industry is rapidly integrating into the global landscape, this international accreditation marks a significant milestone, affirming the system's clinical competence and service quality.

Dr. Do Quynh Nhu shares insights on the development journey and the significance of achieving AACI accreditation for the entire Elite Dental team.
According to Elite Dental's representatives, achieving AACI accreditation is not only a professional accomplishment but also an objective validation of the organization's commitment to sustainable development.
"After 13 years of operation, we believe it is time for the tireless efforts of our entire team to be independently verified by a transparent and globally recognized standard," said Dr. Do Quynh Nhu, CEO of Elite Dental Group, during the ceremony.
"Achieving AACI accreditation stands as clear evidence of our internal strength and our patient-centered treatment philosophy."
At the same event, Dr. Le Trung Chanh, DDS, PhD, Specialist Level II, Director of the National Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology Ho Chi Minh City, First Vice President of the Vietnam Odonto-Stomatology Association, "acknowledged Elite Dental's contributions to enhancing treatment safety and quality in Vietnam's dental field."
He emphasized that "receiving international accreditation such as AACI (USA) represents not only professional recognition but also a meaningful step supporting Ho Chi Minh City's Dental Tourism Development Initiative."

Notably, all three Elite Dental branches in Ho Chi Minh City were simultaneously accredited under AACI standards.
"Elite Dental is the first dental system in Vietnam to achieve AACI accreditation and sets as a model for healthcare organizations across the region, an inspiring example of commitment to quality and community trust," said Naphatsin Sinthoon, AACI Regional Representative for the Asia-Pacific region.
AACI accreditation: International benchmark for quality
AACI is one of the world's leading organizations in assessing and improving healthcare and clinical quality.
The AACI Standards serve as a comprehensive framework evaluating healthcare institutions across areas such as quality management, personnel competence, clinical safety, patient protection, and infrastructure readiness.
For the dental sector, AACI Standard Version 2.1 – specifically tailored for dental practices – requires compliance with 52 rigorous criteria organized into 18 chapters, including:
* 8 chapters (20 standards) on quality management
* 9 chapters (25 standards) on clinical quality
* 1 chapter (7 standards) on infrastructure and facility standards
To pass this accreditation, dental institutions must demonstrate competence in key areas such as:
* Strict infection control
* Proactive emergency response systems
* Accurate diagnostics and radiation safety
* Comprehensive, secure, and traceable patient data management systems
Industry experts note that a Vietnamese dental organization meeting AACI's criteria reflects both clinical maturity and quality governance, contributing to elevating Vietnam's dental reputation in the regional healthcare landscape.
Brand positioning, sustainable vision
As part of the ceremony, Elite Dental also unveiled its new brand positioning, 'A Premium International Dental System Meeting U.S. Standards,' which reflects a forward-looking vision and aims to set new standards in comprehensive dental care – especially in advanced fields such as full-arch implant and orthodontics, prioritizing precision, aesthetics, and sustainable outcomes while reaffirming its core values:
* Science-based dental practice
* A safe, transparent, and sustainable system aligned with global standards
* A patient-centered approach in all treatment activities
* Guided by a 'Health before Aesthetics' philosophy, which prioritizes harmony between facial aesthetics and oral function to support long-term physical and mental well-being
In closing, Elite Dental's leadership emphasized that achieving AACI accreditation is not an endpoint but a new beginning and a foundation for continued advancement toward comprehensive standardization in dental care.
As Vietnamese patients increasingly seek transparency and high-quality oral healthcare, this milestone signals a positive transformation – one that could accelerate the professionalization and global integration of Vietnam's dental industry, ultimately serving the safety and benefit of every patient.
