The rehearsal was held at the square of My Dinh National Stadium in Tu Liem Ward.
Under clear weather, thousands of officers and soldiers from the Ministry of Public Security and the Hanoi police department gathered early to conduct disciplined drills and coordinated formations ahead of the official deployment ceremony.
Colonel Pham Huu Thinh, deputy commander of the ministry’s Mobile Police Command, said ensuring security and safety for the 14th National Party Congress is a great honor and a critically important mission for the force.
He added that the Mobile Police Command has directed its units to prepare personnel, operational plans, equipment, and vehicles with the highest level of determination and coordination.
According to Colonel Thinh, political and ideological education has been strengthened among commanders and officers to ensure they are ready to overcome difficulties and respond effectively to all situations, avoiding passivity or surprise.
He said all participating forces have trained with a strong sense of responsibility and discipline to ensure the mission is completed successfully.
