South Korean businesses seeking to expand their investments in Ho Chi Minh City have urged local authorities to resolve difficulties involving tax refunds, corporate income tax, and access to high-tech investment incentives, according to the Ho Chi Minh City Investment and Trade Promotion Center (ITPC).
