WASHINGTON/NEW DELHI/MONTREAL -- The U.S. Federal Aviation Administration and Boeing (BA.N) have privately issued notifications that the fuel switch locks on Boeing planes are safe, a document seen by Reuters showed and four sources with knowledge of the matter said.
