The antlers were harvested on Tuesday from a male deer raised by a household in Son Tien Commune.
The animal, weighing about 50–60 kg, has been raised for years and has produced antlers annually.
Its first harvest yielded about 0.6 kg, with output increasing over time to more than 4 kg in recent years before reaching this year’s record level.

In addition to antler production, the deer has been used for breeding, producing an average of about three offspring per year, contributing to household income.
Local residents visited the household after the harvest to view the antlers.
Son Tien Commune has 589 households raising about 3,700 deer, with antler harvesting and breeding forming a key source of income for many families in the area.
