Director of Japanese-owned firm in Vietnam arrested over fake fire extinguishers

Police in Phu Tho Province, northern Vietnam have arrested Phan The Hoai, director of wholly Japanese-owned Tomoken Fire Vietnam Co., Ltd. in Hai Phong City, for allegedly producing and selling millions of counterfeit fire extinguishers worth about US$20 million.
