Vietnam’s Khanh Hoa orders probe into flood-release operations at reservoirs

The chairman of the People’s Committee of Khanh Hoa Province, south-central Vietnam has assigned the provincial police to investigate the operation of flood releases at local reservoirs during the period of heavy rainfall from November 17 to 22, which resulted in widespread flooding and severe damage.
