Vietnam launches campaign to build over 1,500 homes for flood victims

The Vietnamese government has launched an emergency housing reconstruction drive to build more than 1,500 new homes for families whose houses were destroyed by recent floods across the Central Highlands and south-central provinces, under a fast-track program ordered by Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh.
