V-League 2026-27 set for influx of foreign players making their Vietnam debuts

The 2026-27 V-League season is set to feature a record number of foreign players making their first appearance in Vietnamese football, with around 70 percent of foreign players new to the league and 12 of the 14 clubs recruiting newcomers as teams are allowed to field up to four foreign players simultaneously.
