Hanoi announces list of law-breaking foreign firms

Twelve foreign-invested businesses, mostly from South Korea, have been named ‘law violator’ in the list recently released publicly by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment.

Most of the law-breaching activities are related to corporate, investment, and tax issues such as not registering for tax code, not declaring tax, or not reporting investment activities, the department said.

The department has thus requested the violators to contact it and report about their operations.

Should the businesses fail to work with the department within 30 days of the announcement, or fail to provide a reasonable explanation, it will call on the city’s People’s Committee to revoke their investment license.

Moreover, within six months of the license withdrawal, if the businesses do not submit their dissolution applications to the department, they will be deemed as already dissolved, and their names will be removed from the business registration book accordingly.

Below is the list of the 12 violators:

HUAQI Co Ltd

Hyundai RNC Vietnam Co Ltd

Vinaust Co Ltd

Nghiên cứu phát triển y học châm cứu Co Ltd

Will Communication JSC

Global Nextage Co Ltd

NADAM Co Ltd

JA_Viet Co Ltd

We are Engineering Việt Nam Co Ltd

Hối Thông Việt Nam Co Ltd
