
A series of 11 three to 16-minute French cartoons with Vietnamese subtitles will be screened at the Hanoi’s L’Espace at 8pm on November 2.
The movies include “Mr. Tong” directed by David Celler and Florent Limouzin, “Berni’s Doll” by Yann Jouette, “Calypso, The Deadly Dance” by Bruno Collet, “Potr’ and the Mermaids” by Jean-François Laguionie, “Even Pigeons Will Be Sent to Heaven” by Samuel Tourneux, “Merveilleusement gris” (Wonderful Gray) by Geoffroy Barbel and “The Sacred Love Story” by Jérémy Clapin.
The shortest movies are 3-minute-14-second “Blindspot” by Johanna Bessière and 5-minute-3-second “The Angel Fall” by Geoffroy Barbel-Massin, while the longest are almost-13-minute “The Sleeping Beauty” directed by Bernard Palacios and 15-minute-44-second “Dog days” by Geoffroy de Crécy.
Tickets cost VND20,000 (US$1).
