The truck was captured carrying numerous bags of goods stacked well above its height on Nguyen Trai and Tran Phu Streets in Hanoi at around 11:30 pm on June 25, the police said on Thursday.

As the vehicle passed Thuong Dinh station of the elevated Cat Linh-Ha Dong metro route and a pedestrian overpass on Nguyen Trai Street, the goods nearly touched both structures, leaving mere centimeters away.
