Economy 11:47 27/03/2026State utility Vietnam Electricity and Hiep Phuoc Power Co., Ltd. on Thursday signed a power purchase agreement and broke ground on the Hiep Phuoc liquefied natural gas (LNG) power plant - Phase 1 in Ho Chi Minh City, with a price tag of about VND18.911 trillion (US$718 million).
