However, the show was temporarily halted on Wednesday evening due to signal interference.

The drone display, originally scheduled from 8:30 pm to 8:45 pm on Thursday, was one of the highlights of the 50th anniversary celebrations, with preparations made well in advance to ensure technical reliability.

Earlier on Monday, the city held a rehearsal for the light show featuring 10,500 drones, which received enthusiastic responses from residents and tourists.

It was the largest drone display ever held in Ho Chi Minh City.
