Located in Long Truong Ward, the Dragon E-Home project is part of the Dragon Village urban area developed by Phu Long Real Estate JSC.
Built on a site covering nearly 19,000 square meters with a construction density of 40 percent, the project is considered one of the largest new-generation social housing developments in eastern Ho Chi Minh City.
It will feature six eight-story towers offering 764 apartments ranging from studios to units measuring 25-69 square meters, along with 34 commercial service spaces for rent.
The project benefits from its proximity to the Ho Chi Minh City-Long Thanh-Dau Giay Expressway and Ring Road No. 3, making it accessible to workers near the city’s high-tech park.

Hoang Nguyen Dinh, vice-chairman of the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Committee, addressed the importance of social housing in ensuring welfare, stability, and workforce development.
He praised Phu Long’s role in meeting housing needs for residents near the Saigon Hi-Tech Park.
Nguyen Van Sinh, Deputy Minister of Construction, also commended Phu Long’s reputation and urged the property developer to complete the project with high standards of safety, quality, and environmental responsibility.
Nguyen Vu Anh Tu, general director of Phu Long, said, “We believe everyone deserves to live in a quality environment that supports personal growth and a better future. Dragon E-Home will bring that vision closer to reality.”
During the ground-breaking ceremony, Hoang Nguyen Dinh reported that Ho Chi Minh City has recently launched a series of social housing projects as part of its broader housing strategy.
In 2026 alone, the city plans to start construction on 110,000 units, and by the first quarter of 2027, nearly 200,000 units will be underway, exceeding government targets set for 2028.
