The city plans three high-altitude displays at the Saigon River Tunnel entrance in An Khanh Ward, the new urban center square in Binh Duong Ward, and the Bai Sau central square in Vung Tau Ward, plus one low-altitude show at Dam Sen Cultural Park in Binh Thoi Ward.
The 15-minute displays will run from 9:00 pm to 9:15 pm.
Authorities advised early arrival for optimal viewing.
Recommended vantage points include Bach Dang Wharf Park and Thu Thiem Riverside Park for the tunnel show, and public areas along Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street.
The shows at Binh Duong and Dam Sen are visible from multiple open locations, while the Bai Sau display is highlighted by the Tam Thang tower.
To manage crowds, traffic police will close several central roads from 7:30 pm on Tuesday to 12:30 am on Wednesday, including stretches of Le Loi, Nguyen Hue, Dong Khoi Streets and surrounding thoroughfares, as well as multiple bridges and underpasses.
Parking and gathering will be prohibited on several bridges such as Thu Thiem, Binh Loi, and Phu My.
Ahead of the fireworks, cultural exhibitions and outdoor performances will be held from 7:30 pm at Nguyen Hue Pedestrian Street, Dong Khoi Street near the city's Department of Culture and Sports, the central park in Binh Duong, and Thuy Van Square in Vung Tau.
