Under the program, individuals who download the MultiGo app, register an account, and successfully complete identity verification will receive a complimentary e-bike voucher.
The voucher, delivered to the user's registered email address, provides up to 60 minutes of free public e-bike service usage and remains valid for 24 hours after activation.
The initiative is being jointly implemented by the Management Center of Public Transport under the municipal Department of Construction and Tri Nam Digital Transportation Services JSC.
The 1,000 free passes will be issued on a first-come, first-served basis.
The program is meant to encourage residents to experience green transportation options, helping reduce greenhouse gas emissions and contributing to environmental protection efforts.
The city expects to foster long-term travel habits that combine public transportation with sustainable personal mobility solutions, creating a more environmentally responsible urban transport culture.
MultiGo currently serves as a digital platform that allows commuters to access public transport information and connect with multiple modes of public transportation.
The application is designed to enhance the commuting experience while supporting the development of a greener and more sustainable transport network across Ho Chi Minh City.
