Throughout the history of Phu Yen’s formation and development, Tuy Hoa has transformed from a small, underdeveloped township at the downstream of the Da Rang River into a dynamic city that is now part of the modern coastal urban corridor in south-central Vietnam.
Tuy Hoa covers a natural area of around 107.3 square kilometers and is home to about 202,030 people across 12 administrative units, including nine wards and three communes.
The city boasts scenic natural landscapes, including a pristine coastline that is more than 30 kilometers long.
The Da Rang River, which flows from the Central Highlands, winds through the city and its fertile fields.
