Rasmus has more than 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with roles across Australia, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
He most recently served as director of food and beverage at Dusit Thani Laguna Singapore, where he oversaw multiple outlets and launched new dining concepts.
He previously worked within the InterContinental Hotels Group network, including at InterContinental Sydney Double Bay, where he was involved in developing bar and dining programs.
One of the venues he worked on received the AA NSW Deluxe Hotel Bar of the Year award in 2024.
In Hong Kong, Rasmus worked on marketing initiatives with beverage brands in a competitive luxury market, according to the statement.
In his new role, he will initially focus on food and beverage operations before taking on broader responsibilities across the property’s operations, the hotel said.
