Top Vietnamese leader proposes space network for development and resilience at International Space Summit

PARIS (VNA) -- General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam (CPV) Central Committee and President To Lam has proposed establishing a “space for development and resilience” network, stressing that outer space must serve peace and people while being used responsibly, safely and sustainably for the benefit of humanity.
