Over the past few days, iconic destinations such as Grand World Phu Quoc, VinWonders Phu Quoc Theme Park, Phu Quoc Safari, the Kiss Bridge and Sunset Town in An Thoi, as well as Duong Dong Night Market, have been packed with foreign tourists.
Visitors are seen enjoying dining experiences, exploring entertainment complexes, and watching music and light shows, along with fireworks displays.
High-end accommodation is also in strong demand, with four- and five-star hotels across the zone reporting near-full bookings as travelers choose Phu Quoc for both leisure and resort stays.
Mihail, a tourist from Iceland, said he and his friend have spent more than 10 days vacationing in Phu Quoc.
They have been deeply impressed by its natural beauty.
“The sea is crystal clear, while the weather is warm,” he observed.

He noted that many tourism facilities and architectural projects have been heavily invested in by local authorities and businesses, creating a clean and modern environment.
The Kiss Bridge, in particular, has become a favorite spot where tourists gather to take photos against the dramatic sunset casting red hues across the vast sea.
“I’m truly impressed with Phu Quoc as the people here are friendly, and the food is delicious,” Mihail said enthusiastically.
“My friend and I are spending Christmas in Phu Quoc.
“I will return home for New Year, but I would love to come back to Phu Quoc again in the future."

Tour operators prepare for a wave of international arrivals
Nguyen Vu Khac Huy, president of the An Giang Tourism Association, said Phu Quoc in An Giang Province stands out not only for its stunning combination of sea and forest landscapes and its friendly locals, but also for being a safe and secure destination.
These factors are key reasons international tourists choose the island for holidays with family and friends, he said.
International visitors from Russia, China, India, South Korea, and other markets are expected to arrive in large numbers during Christmas and the New Year holiday.
Travel firms on the island have been preparing well in advance, developing diverse tourism products and high-end music and light performances and fireworks shows to excite visitors.
“Travel companies in Phu Quoc have upgraded services and invested in staff training to be ready for a major influx of international guests,” Huy said.
“Hotels, restaurants, and speedboat tour operators are working closely together to ensure visitors receive the best possible experience.”

Nguyen Minh Tam, director of a speedboat company in Phu Quoc, said a large number of international tourists, particularly from India and South Korea, are arriving in Phu Quoc.
His island-hopping speedboat tours are fully booked for both Christmas and New Year holidays.
“The number of Indian tourists this year has tripled compared to previous years,” Tam said.
“We are cooperating with tourist destinations to keep tour prices stable to serve visitors better."
